What the card teaches

Three steps. Two minutes. Once a month.

The shower card walks through the self-exam right where it happens. Here is what it says.

Warm up

Check during or right after a warm shower. The scrotum relaxes, so it is easier to feel what is normal for you.

Roll gently

One testicle at a time. Cup it in both hands and roll it slowly between your thumbs and fingers, covering the whole surface. Then do the other side.

Know what is normal

Feel for any hard lump, swelling, or change in size, shape or heaviness. The soft, comma-shaped tube at the back (the epididymis) is supposed to be there. Anything new: get it checked.

Found something? Most lumps are not cancer, but a hard, pea-sized or larger lump, sudden swelling, or a dull ache in the groin or scrotum deserves a doctor's opinion, not a wait-and-see. Testicular cancer is highly treatable when it is caught early.

Who are these for?

Anyone who wants to reach men ages 15 to 35: parents, coaches, teachers, nurses, RAs, urologists and fellow nonprofits. The card is written for the guy in the shower; the brochure is for whoever hands it to him.

Is there a free option?

Yes. If you just want one card for yourself, order the free single shower card. You can optionally cover the stamp.

How does shipping work?

Packs ship from TCF in Texas. US shipping is a flat $5.95, and orders of $50 or more ship free. We ship shower cards within the US only for now.

Can we order a larger or custom run?

Yes. For bulk orders beyond 100 or co-branded materials for your campus, health system or organization, contact us and we will work it out.

Where does the money go?

100% of store profits fund the Testicular Cancer Foundation's education, awareness and support programs. Buying a pack is a donation that also does the work.
